Lunch Time!!!!

I prepared a yummy...easy...and and healthy lunch this afternoon!  Though surprisingly high in calories...according to selfdietclub.com.  I probably ate between 400-450 calories.  Not sure if the calculations are exact...especially for the dressing. 

Anyway, it was very good....and satisfying.  I'm not too full...and I'm definitely not hungry.  I made a mini mushroom provolone pizza on whole wheat pita bread.  Which has been a favorite of mine this whole week...thanks to Roni!!!  AND I also made a salad...with homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing complements of Angela!!!  Both were super yum!  I was especially impressed with myself for making the dressing...though I wish I knew the exact amount of calories in it.

Oh well!  Here is my meal...

I love that I can get so much help from the blogworld to keep me on my healthy track!  Okay...I have read 0 out of 10 articles today.  Time to get to work...

P.S.  I made another bad smoothie this morning.  Hopefully, I will get the hang of it soon!
